       The Solebury Township PBA has acquired Child Identification Kits for the parents and children of our community. These kits are the most complete, confidential and inexpensive means available to parents for creating a comprehensive personal file of their children. 

       The Solebury Twp. PBA, New Hope-Solebury District and parents have found our self-contained kits to be ideal for use in recording a child's vital identification information. We are making these kit available to our residents for free. If you wish to make a contribution please mail check or money order to: STPBA, P.O. Box 339 Solebury, PA 18963. 

Space for a recent photograph

Dental chart to be completed by child's dentist

Space to attach a lock of hair for use as a DNA sample

Personal information including child's name, address, social security number and names and phone numbers of close family

     and relatives

Medical information such as blood type, medications and phone numbers of child's doctor and dentist

Physical information including height, weight, eye color and hair color

Fingerprinting chart, complete with a nontoxic peel-apart ink strip
